USWhat lies behind the word soma? Exactly what is Soma as a church about and what does is this community of people going? What does it mean to be “missional” in our orientation and why emphasize four key values (missional living, authentic community, creative dignity, and spiritual formation)?
Kicking off the 2010 year in January, we’ll be spending five weeks talking about us. There is a lot of meaning behind that word "church" and we want to be clear in our identity as a faith community and what it means to be a part of a group of committed followers of Jesus Christ. In fact, we believe that God wants ever Christ follower to be an active part of a local church and think it is important to remind ourselves of our shared mission in the world.
